Because each sofa is custom made to your specifications, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully review all dimensions, fabrics, comfort options, and configurations before placing an order. Fabric samples are available to help with your decision.

If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, please contact us and we will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.
